1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Pybbl (pybbl.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Pybbl is a micro-donation platform enabling viewers to financially support live content creators. Donations are voluntary, manually activated, and processed via Stripe.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Pybbl reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Fees & Commission Structure

The service fee is retained entirely by Pybbl and is not shared with creators.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card data is never stored by Pybbl. A single charge is made per session at session end. Minimum charge: 0.50€ (service fee only).
6. Payouts
Creators must connect a valid Stripe account. Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect after each session. Pybbl does not hold creator funds.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Pybbl to:
- Process fraudulent transactions
- Circumvent platform policies
- Harass other users
- Stream illegal content
8. Refund Policy
Donations are non-refundable once processed. For technical errors, contact support@pybbl.com within 48 hours.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pybbl is a payment intermediary only. Total liability is limited to the amount of the last transaction processed.
10. Modifications
Pybbl reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.

- Account data: email, username, password (hashed with bcrypt)
- Payment data: processed by Stripe (we store only Stripe customer ID)
- Usage data: donation history, session duration, badges earned
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type

- To provide and improve the Pybbl service
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (receipts, notifications)
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Legal Basis (RGPD Article 6)
- Contract performance: account management, payments
- Legitimate interest: platform security, fraud prevention
- Consent: push notifications, marketing emails
4. Data Retention

7. International Transfers
Data is hosted on Render in Frankfurt (EU). Stripe processes data under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Security
